Economics of Digitization
Digitization Tutorial (call closes January 10, 2022)
The NBER Project on the Economics of Digitization provides new insights on the economic impact of the digitization of both commercial and personal activities, including the rise of digital media and the creation of large data sets tracking decisions of firms and households. This project brings together research from a number of sub-fields within economics, and draws heavily on the theoretical foundations of economic measurement to assess impacts on productivity and household welfare.
